Fixes and improvements:

• Doubled the player's acceleration speed.
• Made the Bathroom floor less slippery.
• Made the North Portal room's floor slippery to match the Bathroom floor.
• Fixed Perilisa getting sad through the anomaly report when you turn down her 2nd and 3th milking option and replaced it with new happy lines.
• Fixed clouds not resetting their speed after clearing the "Clouds - Static" or "Clouds - Too Fast" anomalies.
• Added a background to the pause menu.
• Portal collisions now properly get disabled when you go into the Backrooms.
• Tree collisions now properly get disabled during the "Unusual Flora - Geometric" anomaly. 
• Anomaly tracker now properly resets when you come out of the Backrooms during debug mode.
• Added missing speaking textures to Karmall's lines during her scene where you apologize to her after backing out of her sexual services.
• Fixed "Different Background - Faster" not applying its effect before the portal warp screen finishes its animation.
• Removed x15 from "Different Background - Faster"  and replaced it with x12, y14, x16, x18 and x20 variations.
• Code: Anomaly activity is now checked by a bool instead of a "yes" and "no" String. (Laugh at 1-year-ago-Vrabo, not me.)
• Code: Anomaly spawning is now determined by a bool instead of a "yes" or "no" String.
• Code: Parallax Background scroll direction is now determined through enums instead of Strings.
